The (Alcoholic) Taste of Fall

We have booze on the brain — I’m not afraid to say it.

In a few weeks, we’ll be heading off to the Lehigh Valley Brew Fest to, um, taste the finest of the valley has to offer or something (actually we’ll be getting shit faced). But until that party rolls around, we have to be content with homemade cocktails.

And this one is perfect for the time of year.

The name of this drink is also the ingredients! Convenient!

We don’t really have a name for it … except Woodchuck and Lager. That’s what you need.

Get out a beer glass, and fill it halfway with a Woodchuck (your choice of flavor). Then, pour some Yuengling Lager on top. Do your best to keep it layered, but it’s fine even if it’s not.

That’s it.

A quick perusal of the Woodchuck site shows that they have a bunch of “cocktail” recipes (and they call this the Snakebite). Try ’em out and let us know how it goes.
