Thirsty Thursday: New House Photos

Instead of drinking this week and last, we have been busy putting our new house together. We went from complete chaos, to being all settled in about a week.

It was balls to the wall and it got stressful at times, but now we are done with it. Let the sitting around begin.

After the jump, you’ll see what we began with and what we turned it into.

This was our living room. What a friggin' mess. At one point during the move, I actually passed out on the cushion on the floor for about 30 minutes.

We had to cut and take apart the box springs in order to get them up the stairs. Not only did I have to spackle and paint, but then they needed to get put back together. It saved us about $500 in new frames though.

Our put together dining and living room. It's nice there.

I know youse didn't have a before picture, but the kitchen was a mess. Trust. This is how it looks now. You could eat off that floor.

Oooh…it is BEAUTIFUL! You did a great job decorating. Can’t wait to see it in person…and lie down on that cushion with a Weyerbacher in my hand…
